Today I go dancing at a friend’s Hof in Ostin.
Herbal delight
A cup of freshly made herbal tea by Kreuther is both delicious and healthy. When I open the tea box, the smell makes me think of the beautiful Tegernsee landscape. I take it with me wherever I go.
Food shopping
I love to go food shopping at Tegernsee. For cheese I go to the Käsealm, for vegetables to the Markthalle in Rottach Egern, and for artisan bread to the Sanktjohanser Bäckerei König Ludwig.
There is nothing more flattering for a woman to wear than a typical ‘Tegernseer...
After my third day of hiking my muscles do hurt and I need a little bit of extra care – one liter of oat milk before climbing up the hill.
I love Loden
When I go out at night it might be cold, and a good Loden jacket will be best to wear. The best address is the Maßschneiderei Josef Winkler, Mühlauerweg 7, in Kreuth.
Edie
I am reading “Edie: American Girl” by Jean Stein, about the rise and fall of socialite and Warhol’s muse Edie Sedgwick.
I want bows on my shoes!
Richard Avedon at ICP
I can’t wait to see Richard Avedon’s photographs. His show opens tomorrow, May 15th, and runs until September 6th at the International Center of Photography, 1133 Avenue of the Americas at 43rd Street, NYC. One of my favorite photographers.
Meeting Madonna’s new neighbours was quite interesting. She will live soon at East 81st Street in New York.
Reality is always extraordinary.

Alexander Wang’s entourage – Dree Hemingway, model and great-great granddaughter of Ernest, model Alice Dellal, musician Harley Viera Newton and jewelry designer Pamela Love – all came to his Tribeca design studio for a photo shoot and of course for a couple of hours of fine entertainment.
I sleep in my t-shirts the night before I wear them.

Wool and the Gang
I just happen to be on a very, very long flight to New York City (delayed), but time just flies by because I have my soft and lovely Peruvian wool (order at www.woolandthegang.com) to knit my own cardigan.
Sketching is my way of meditation. It calms me down and brings a certain order to everything I see and observe. My favorite tools are any kind of soft pencils or the sixty bright-colored Polychromos 1908-2008 in a limited edition from Faber-Castell.
Smile after lunch
I just had lunch at Chez André, 12, rue Marbeuf in Paris. I ordered the famous lentil salad and a medium steak with fresh greens. Delicious! After lunch I use Supersmile by Quickee. I put a dollop of this toothpaste onto my tongue and smooth it over my teeth for instant whitening and minty breath.
