Waterskiing
I love waterskiing, if possible very early in the morning with Albino at the Hotel Cala di Volpe. It’s the best summer sport to be awake and toned.
The best hour in Sardinia is just before sunset. Dolores Guinness already knew...
Costa Smeralda
I am spending a week at the turquoise cost of the Costa Smeralda in Sardinia. A perfect getaway in June, when the coasts are not crowded by boats and I do not have to cue for waterskiing with Albino at the Hotel Cala di Volpe.
Zen garden
I will travel to Japan soon and meditate in the garden of Yokohama, designed by Shunnyo Masuno.

I had lunch today at the Petersham Nurseries. I will come back and order pink shrimp with pepper and lemon mayonnaise next time.
