COPENHAGEN: January is a month which makes me think about my house, my kitchen and the year ahead. I have to sort everything out for the next months, think about where to go, what to do… etc. My thoughts are clear when I cook in my kitchen for some friends or enjoy a meal at a nice restaurant, even on my own. I look for places which are different and which give me new perspectives and I buy tons of cooking books which also make me stay at home in my kitchen.
Yesterday in Copenhagen I discovered the Cafe Charlottenborg Contemporary Art Space whose interior has been designed by the Italian designer Martino Gamper. The cafe is an art space with a kitchen focusing on Danish home cooking. The tables are by Arne Jacobsen and fit perfectly into the space.
