Journey of Water

NEW YORK: Tea is essentially a journey of water. And since I discovered the most elegant tea company, Bellocq, in Brooklyn I keep thinking about that phrase whenever I taste one of their delicious blends. Just reading their tea lists enlightens your memories or imagination and I keep thinking about journeys, scents, tastes and different seasons. My favorites are LE HAMMEAU, a fresh organic herbal blend evocative of a summer meadow, and MAJORELLE MINT, organic Chinese gunpowder green tea and mint with a refreshing citrus twist.
