I think of Christian Lacroix haute couture when I enter the patisserie of Monsieur Christophe Roussel on 10 rue du Champ de Mars in Paris. The colors are as vibrant as the flavours. I order a hot chocolate with the flavour of coeur de Guanaja de Valrhona and a caramel macaron made with salted butter.
