My favorite stop in Soho is the Baked by Melissa bakery on 529 Broadway. All cupcakes are filled with tasty sweet stuffing and the mini cupcakes are only the size of a plum. They are truly homemade. If you are not in New York, you can order Melissa’s recipe book and try it yourself.
